Backlit Labs ("we", "us") is a web design and AI automation studio based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through backlitlabs.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you type into our audit form, we use it only to reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Audit form details you choose to send: your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number, website, the services you're interested in, and any message.
- Basic request data: the time of the submission, and the country and user-agent string reported by your browser or our hosting provider. We use these to spot spam.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To prepare and send the free audit you asked for, and to reply to your questions.
- To follow up about that audit. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Where it's stored
This site and its form are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage, which is processed on our behalf by Cloudflare, Inc. We keep audit requests for as long as we need them to work with you, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing sales@backlitlabs.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
